RESIN TRAK

Resin Trak is a specialized resin distribution channel system for vacuum infusion and RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) applications. It is designed to provide controlled, stable and uniform flow of resin into the mold, significantly improving the impregnation quality of composite materials.

Unlike the traditional spiral tube, Resin Trak operates as a rigid or semi-rigid flow channel that maintains its shape under vacuum, offering more precise resin guidance and reducing the risk of sudden flows or dry spots. It is ideal for large surfaces and demanding carbon fiber and fiberglass structures.

It is installed as a resin introduction or distribution line and is used in combination with peel ply, flow mesh and vacuum bagging consumables for a complete infusion system.
